Initial assignments have included Cape Verde including identification on human capital requirements for investment in the water and sewage sector, Namibia (design of employment and training fund, Indonesia (commenting on proposed TVET investment projects), Georgia (labor market gap analysis and design of TVET component for HRD project).
Ministry of Education and Science, BIBB Germany: Guest lecturer on design and implementation of human resource development technical assistance in developing countries.

Center for Education for Employment-The Ohio State University: Guest lecturer on methods to development of labor market information in developing countries.

Pacific Islands: Team leader for an Asia Development Bank financed study on “Demand Based Skill Training Programs” for youth and adults. Assignment includes contact with Pacific Islands and in-depth on-site analysis of labor markets and development of recommendations in Timor Leste, Republic of Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia

Nepal: Consultant to the World Bank for redesign of a project to provide demand based active labor programs to assist youth and other individuals displaced by the civil conflict re-enter the labor market.
· Armenia: support to the Armenia State Employment Agency to refine employment policy, labor market information development, and demand based active labor programs (USAID financed – sub-contact with Deloitte).
