Pakistan: Support to the World Bank for sector analysis, and project preparation, for layoff of workers at the Karachi Dock Labor Board.
Uzbekistan: support to the Asia Development Bank as lead consultant to analyze labor force demand and supply policies and programs to facilitate development of the economy

Nepal: Support to the World Bank for redesign and implementation of employment and self-employment services to assist youth and other conflict affected persons enter the labor market.
US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC):On call consultant to MCC for development of demand-based employment and training policies and programs. Initial assignments have included Cape Verde (identification on human capital requirements for investment in the water and sewage sector, Namibia (design of employment and training fund, Indonesia (commenting on proposed TVET investment projects), Georgia (labor market gap analysis and design of TVET component for HRD project).

Kazakhstan: support to World Bank for preparation of HRD component of a Regional Development Project.
